GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ACCOMMODATION SERVICES
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Inquiry and booking of accommodation can be done in the accommodation units,
or by phone, fax, or e-mail.
The booking is accepted after paying 50 EUR in advance for each accommodation
unit. Exception is apartment 5 with 100 EUR payment in advance.
It could be paid in Euros, Kunas, or Czech Korunas on our bank accounts in Croatia
or Czech Republic. The customer will receive voucher after payment.
If a customer announces his or her arrival, but doesn’t pay in advance, we reserve
the right to offer inquired accommodation unit to another interested customer.
Therefore, if you did not pay for the reservation, please check the availability
of accommodation the day before arrival.
PRICE OF ACCOMMODATION
The price of accommodation includes the basic service as described in the
description of booked accommodation unit.
The price of accommodation is given in EUR. The host reserves the right to make
changes to the stated prices. But for customers who have paid an advance for their
reservation, the host guarantees for stated price of accommodation. If the changes
occur prior to the payment of the advance, the host is required to inform the
customer.
If in the accommodation unit arrive more customers than it is stated on the
voucher, the host has the right to deny the extra customers accommodation or to
accommodate all of the customers at extra charge directly made to the host.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME
Accommodation could be used at arrival time starting at 2 PM, and at
departure till 10 AM (unless it is arranged different).
CATEGORIZATION AND SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Accommodation units offered by the host are described in accordance to the
official categorization of the authorized institution.
Standards for accommodation, services, etc. are different from place to place,
country to country, and cannot be compared.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION - BY HOST
The host reserves the right to change or modify the reservation in case of
circumstances that cannot be predicted or avoided.
Booked accommodation can be substituted only by an accommodation unit of the
same or higher category and at the price confirmed during booking, provided
that customer is notified ahead of time.
In cases where substitute accommodation for paid accommodation is not available,
the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation upon prior customer
notification (at least 7 days before arrival) and guarantees the refund of the
complete paid amount.
If the adequate substitute accommodation is not available on the day of arrival,
the host will provide information on available accommodation that is not included
in the host’s offer and guarantees the refund of the complete paid amount.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION - BY CUSTOMER
Should the customer wish to change or cancel a reservation, it must be done
in written form (email, mail, or fax) at least 21 days before arrival date.
The following are examples of changes: changes to the number of customers, changes
to arrival and/or departure dates.
The first change of reservation is free of charge. For all further changes of
reservation, 15 EUR will be charged per change.
The reservation cancellation will be charged 50 EUR for each accommodation (i.e.,
the advance will not be returned).
If the customer find a replacement for cancelled reservation, the host will not
charge any cost caused by the replacement.
