Travel documentation:
Passport or some other internationally recognized identification document.
With an identity card to Croatia can travel EU citizens and citizens of Andorra, Iceland,
Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino and Switzerland.
With a passport without a visa to Croatia can travel citizens of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina,
Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, the Vatican and some non-European countries.
Tourists may remain in Croatia for up to three months.
Customs regulations:
Since Croatian accession to the EU customs controls at the borders with neighboring EU countries (Slovenia, Hungary) were abolished. On the other hand, customs controls at borders with non-EU countries (Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro) remain or tightening up.
